The food these chefs make isnt intended to be made in a home. They make high end ultra modern and innovative cuisine. There are less than 10 chefs in the world who can do what they do. Comparing their challenge here to normal pizza is like comparing a Ferrari to a Ford Focus. I like normal pizza a lot but as a chef I can tell you what they did in this video is on a different level.

::: This is not practical ::: Maybe it's a good as a tv series to let regular people see what they can't do? Or maybe to give motivation for kids to become chefs? I don't know. I'm not one for futurizing my food. It's best to keep it simple. Simple methods. simple ingredients. Everyone can enjoy it that way. Keep costs down. Keep efforts low. Healthier too. Lessen the processing.
