NHT: The date wasn't scheduled. Judge Giles summoned him and The Kid was not able to appear. He is conditioned to give the court 48hours notice before leaving the state and he must detail why; city business will suffice. The Kid didn't notify the court.
This was staged. 36th district court is soft on The Mayor; he owns the bench. No one knows where he is. Judge Giles contacted the press So he could be seen scolding the attorney. No arrest warrant or order to appear (24hrs) was issued.
