Di'Anno was replaced by Bruce because Steve didn't think he had what it took to make Iron Maiden a big-time band. Di'Anno also didn't like being on tour. He also started doing drugs.

Burr left the band because the tour schedules got mixed up with his personal life.

I bought the album back then as well. I don't remember if I ever had the CD though. However, Purgatory wasn't on the Maiden Japan album that I had. I think it was probably released overseas. There were only five wicked songs... Wrathchild, Killers, Running Free, Remember tomorrow, and Innocent Exile. Maiden Rules....

This is not the version from Maiden Japan's day. The bootleg that exists is not the whole Maiden Japan, although it is in Japan.
