Friend showed me this vid. I am totally shocked to watch this video! Why you choose Dan's beautiful song for this, it doesn't match in any category. Please show some respect to our beloved Dan Fogelberg, he is a great musician who pass away 4 years ago and we are still deeply sadden to lose such a great man, The Leader of the Band!
@JMEagle101 How is using this song not showing "respect"? Clearly, the poster liked this song to have used it. There was no attempt at mockery. And I only learned of Dan Fogelberg's version because of this video. There's even a link to iTunes and Amazon above, which benefits his estate. Helping spread an artist's music is always good.
This is from the famous Los Angeles AthleticModelGuild, where straight (and gay) unemployed actors often found work. It was known for its magazine, which had nearly nude men in provocative poses. Some wore only a posing strap (G-string). To avoid obscenity laws, the publications were called "physique" or fitness magazines, and often had a articles on health and exercise. But the truth was that it was the gay porn of the mid-1940s-1970s. In the late 60s, male frontal nudity was finally featured.
Since this was originally on film for home projection, there was no soundtrack so I put in a random song. Imagine having to drag out a projector and screen evey time you needed to watch porn. And home film reels only held about 10 mins. Worse, there were no remote controls or fast forwarding! :)
Most of my subscribers have probably never even seen a home projector. You guys don't know how easy you have it with the Internet and portable video players...
Kids, this is the gay porn your grandpa was watching (or starring in!) in 1962....
This is posted for historical and educational purposes, and no prurient or copyright violation is intended. In fact, if you find this sexually titillating, you probably haven't seen a rated-R movie or watched cable. Or PBS, for that matter. Or the Summer Olympics...

@lgbtTV4 I don't know how you can say you didn't intend to violate the copyright when you used Dan Fogelberg's beautiful song without permission. I ask kindly that you remove Dan's song from this video unless you can get and prove you have written permission from him wife. Thank you. Ouisel
@ouiseldarnoc re: copyright, he was talking about the video, not the audio. You seem clueless as to how YouTube works these days. Look in the description. Fogelberg's song is automatically identified by YouTube. The computer notifies the publishing company, and they decide what to do. This works for everyone because old songs get free publicity, and viewers often go to iTunes to buy it, Everyone wins.
I would not have known about this song if it wasn't for this video.,
@ouiseldarnoc I have to agree. I would not have discovered this song if it wasn't for this video. I don't understand your point. Do you go to every video with his songs and tell people what it artistically appropriate and what is not? Or do you just discriminate against some videos? Or are you saying viewers are so stupid that they think Dan is endorsing this video?
@ouiseldarnoc Your objection is puzzling to me because using this song simply spreads its popularity. For example, I only knew of the original Judy Collins version until I saw this video. Now I plan on getting Dan Fogelberg's version. It's not like he doesn't get credit. There's even a link to iTunes and Amazon above, which benefits his estate. And the video was amusing.

Why was there ever a taboo against male nudity?
