iin 1977 i worked in a palm oil processing factory in sungei buloh. the operator of fruit steriliser forget to turn off the steam release valve after releasing the steam from the steriliser. 4 men working in the steriliser trying to remove a broken carriage were steamed when the operator release steam from a twin steriliser. the steam went into the steriliser where the men were working. syeam pressure is 40 PSI. all 4 men died within days at the kuala lumpur hospital. 2 indian and 2 chinese.
