  • Carl Orff makes everything so much more intense!

  • spoiled it with the music heard it a million times

  • Im soooooooooo sorry they died... THERE JUSTY SO DARN CUTE! Im soooo sorry though :(

  • Toby was soo cute ! :)

  • cute

  • VERY appropriate song haha

  • 1.10 - total ferret :D

  • I want one so much, but I live in Cali. Should I still get one? :D

  • @blackcat1315 If they're illegal, i wouldn't advise you get one. I'd hate to think of the consequences if you got caught.

  • @Ic3R0gu3 hey I really don't know much about Ferrets but why are they illegal in some area's?

  • Buttons is a cute fat ferret :D

  • Toby looks just like one of the ferrets i might be getting from my work place haha and buttons is amazing and so sorry to hear of your loss

  • very cute! we love ferrets too!

  • I LOVE coco and Toby ! Although they are all beautiful they are my faves. :) xx

  • i love the white one with the black eyes. beautiful. sorry they passed away.

  • We have three, they live outside but thats only cuz we're not in our own house at the min. when we are they're living inside. they are the best pets ever!! def worth having. we had our 3 boys castrated and now they only smell of the hay they sleep in. Such good pet! Would always have them now.

  • what breed is the white one with the black nose? soo cute.

  • @tezzpike He is a black eyed white. The black nose was a plus and doesn't always happen.

  • @Ic3R0gu3 u are blessed ! :D

  • nice ferrets and good pictures =D. Im contemplating on buying a ferret but several sources and ppl have been saying negative stuff about them especially the smell. Do they really smell that bad? =[ I still want one

  • @acronymify Males who have not been neutered smell rather bad. The smell drastically decreases once they have been neutered or spayed, all mine have been. It is a good idea to get them spayed or neutered because they get on better.

  • Well that I knew I was just wondering if they smell awfully bad once being spayed or neutered. Thx 4 the reply btw

  • @acronymify Well then, no they don't smell bad. You can totally get used to the smell.

  • @acronymify they do smell but you do get use to it, if you dont want them to smell get them de-sexed and get their smell glands out (:

  • @acronymify i personally don't think its a bad smell but sum people think its horrible and if thats the case just get them neuterd and it will decrease alot haha if you have any questions go on ferret.com forum it help me alot and i don't even have a ferret yet haha

  • I was thinking about getting a ferret but many sources have told me that it will be lonely so I should get two. Also I heard you have to give them day old chicks occasionally to clean their teeth, is it true? I mean, even though I'm a veggie I don't have a problem with it at all but where the heck would I buy day old chicks?!

  • @imapikachuloveme Yes ferrets do love company, they love to play etc. If you are to give them a LOT of attention yourself, then one on it's own should be ok. But obviously, 2 would be better. I've never given my ferrets day old chicks, they've never been meat fed. They just eat plain old ferret food (biscuits) and occasionally have an egg to make their fur shiny. All in all, they're not a hard pet to have, but they do love attention.

  • @imapikachuloveme i had one ferret he was verry lovely he wasnt lonley as i had him out all day with me in the garden plus he watched the rabbit alot and didnt fight with his as he was a baby when i got him but they need a lot of love and attention

  • buttons has cool markings around his eyes.

  • So cute *-*

  • Poor Toby he is sooo pretty.

  • is that a ferret (0:50) white with black line :O

  • I WANT A FERRET SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BAD!!!

  • @CJBountyHunter yes but will you marry 1

  • @0o0Horses0o0 ??? lol

  • @CJBountyHunter i mean ferrets grow very big they may take over ur house. they are the same as weasels and can be vicious. just like u get to know someone before u marry them u need to make sure u r willing to deal with a huge vicious ferret before u allow it in ur house.

  • i think ferrets a mini cats that are BEAST!!!

  • Aww, Toby died? So sad!!! Toby was the cutest!!! :"(

  • love your ferrets they're beautiful. I'm buying my first ferret soon but am having trouble finding out wha they eat and how to care for them. if anyone could send me a message or reply to my comment i could use some info on ferrets! please and thank you everyone.

  • @zzerstorer Ferrets can eat dry cat food, but you can buy dry ferret food. They need crunchy stuff to keep their teeth healthy. You need to make sure that they cannot escape! That's the major issue. Trust me, they will find a way. Ferrets love company, i currently have 4 and they are always together. They like space to run around and things to play with: cat toys are quite good. Mine have no interest in the toys on strings though. They don't need bathing. Get them spayed or neutered.

  • @Ic3R0gu3 Cat food is not suggested to feed ferrets because it does not have enough protien in it to support the ferrets need. It is suggested to go with dry ferret kibble, something with little to no fillers as ferrets have a hard time digesting grains. Marshall ferret food, totally ferret, blue royal are good brands. Though in the end the best diet would be raw chicken and such for them.

  • @dizziekittie best diet would be mice, actually. whole mice.

  • Comment removed

  • @zzerstorer ferrets do need bathing!! without proper baths or showers they can get a common dandruff disease that causes major infections leading to death, clean there ears (ask a pet shop employee about what to use) and bath them once a week on the same day. it is very important that you do, my ferret Roxy prefers showers, but my other ferret Phillip enjoys baths.

  • @ChantiqueMesmerize

    Ameno by Era

  • Epic music:D

  • Toby's the cutest..... I guess you raised them so well :-).

  • wow.. your ferrets are big and healthy

  • My ferret (Sven is his name. Nice Nordic ferret he looks like a viking.) is very mischevious. i love it. lol

  • dog-----gone... goofy ferrets.... I LOOOOOOOOOVE ferrets....... goofy, goofy, goofy.... The goofier, the better!!! :-D You got some real cuties there!!!

  • BUTTONS IS THE CUTEST THING I EVER SAW!!!!!! u r very lucky to have him

  • i love the music!! haha

  • @smithkaitlyn54 Sure. *supposed

  • @Ic3R0gu3 well they are and who gives a fuck its a computer not a spelling test

  • @smithkaitlyn54 I gave you a short response because i knew just from that tiny sentence you were going to be a pain.

  • Your ferrets are beautiful, thank you for sharing.

I have 2 and they are the best pets I ever had.

  • @geowyn Thank you very much. They are so much fun as pets.

  • There are different genes in ferrets that make there fur long there is a web site that have ferrets from the Carolina's that have long long fur and they also have angoras.

  • Biggles- in second pic.... HE has reallllly longa nails... ? do u cut them? Those are even longer than my cat ones. I have ferret to, 6 moths old, love him! Ur animals are beautiful!

  • @Muzzzy2 We do cut all their nails. Because Biggles is old now his nails seem to need cutting every few weeks, they grow rediculously fast.

  • Uhhh... are you sure biggles isn't Sable...? Polecats are ferret's ancestors... o.o

  • @TehStupidSketches I said something wrong a few years ago when i posted this. I'm sorry.

  • @Ic3R0gu3 Haha, it was an honest mistake. :) Why sorry? ;)

  • why is rolo so fluffy! i have a boy ferret and a girl but they are not fluffy like that! is it a polecat not a ferret?

  • @pantherdie He's a ferret and a baby one. All my ferrets are really fluffy in winter and to be honest, most of the year too. Well, except Biggles, he's got no fur anymore.

  • @Ic3R0gu3 what happened to him?, are you sure hes not a polecat? they are exactly like ferrets except they are a little larger and have more fur, and polecats are mostly wild, also they can breed with ferrets because of their close relations. so he could be half polecat. i dont know but, i really love all of your ferrets they are beautiful:3

  • @Ic3R0gu3 what happened to him?, are you sure hes not a polecat? they are exactly like ferrets except they are a little larger and have more fur, and polecats are mostly wild, also they can breed with ferrets because of their close relations. so he could be half polecat. i dont know but, i really love all of your ferrets they are beautiful:3 were these pictures taken in winter? if they were sorry to bother you.

  • wow 5 ferrets?

  • sorry about toby.........

  • the end of what. the ferrets when they go in the washing!

  • LOL I love how the first 3 have epic intro's with epic music and then"Buttons!"(no music) ahahah

  • cool ... yep ferret are pretty great and amazing ... do yours swim? ...

  • The blackeyed white/silver is realy nice with the black nose.

  • @Ferreterlad I have one that is the twin of the one you described.

  • lol my ferrets have just a drum out of a tumble dryer they love it

  • my sister's ferret's name is Toby!!! XD the other one's name is Yina but we call her the albina because she is X3, Yina the albina and Toby the wobie is what we call my sister's ferrets!! lol

  • If ferrets didnt smell, they would easily be one of my favorite pets.

  • @l00tmania55 They don't smell that bad once they've been spayed and neutered. They are my favourite pets.

  • @Ic3R0gu3 ferrets are hermaphrodites???

  • @EvvyThomas Uh... no.

  • @Ic3R0gu3 your right my ferret is spayed!! its only 2 months

  • I was wondering how smelly they are on a scale of 1-10? I have cats and a dog, and was wondering how ferrets compare, I only would like two, soo I would love to hear your answer, thanks!

  • @sydkenxcarandtiff Ok well, to me a cat would be 1 and OUR dog would be 2 (bad breath but her breed doesn't smell like a dog), an NON NEUTERED MALE would be 11. A neutered male and spayed female would be... 4? You do get used to the smell. Apart from one smell, they can do a semi skunk smell (frightened), it's a strong smell but goes away and can be washed off skin. That'd be a 10. But it doesn't last long and it's uncommon. Their smell doesn't bother me at all and i have SIX.

  • @Ic3R0gu3 thank-you sooo much! This has really helped me alot [convincing my mother, :P]

  • @Ic3R0gu3 I have 4 ferrets and I have had others but I never encountered the "semi skunk smell" that you describe. Do all your ferrets do this or only one.?

  • do you have any gurl ferrets

  • @allisonleea12 Two, Coco and Jelly.

  • @Ic3R0gu3 I have a "Coco" too! (my little girl's favorite)

  • Ok!! Thanks!

    : )

I hope to know a bit more about them, maybe some day i will be able to have one or more!!!! =D

  • Oh, I' m Sory to hear it, it was very a very beautiful one!!! I've herd that they get problems like that when they are a litle olther!!!

  • Can you tell-me if a grown adult can become bigger than a cat!??

It's just so I can have a noction of their size, I never saw one close, only in videos!!

I am going to live in room in a house with other people, i needed tohave notion of they're size!!

    = )

  • @jaadlu If you are lucky enough to get a big ferret, yes they could grow bigger than a normal house cat. But remember, they have short legs so they will not be as tall, just as long. Chances are you will only get a small one because they are a lot more common i've found.

  • Ohh, sory, when I looked it seemed that he was big!!

    My mistake!!!!

  • @jaadlu It's ok! Trick of the camera. Lots of people have said he looked huge. He was a beautiful old boy. Sadly he passed February 2009. Silly cancer.

  • For example your ferret named toby has a longer snout than the other he is bigger, too! So you are saiying that they are all from teh same type of ferret!? Just one more thing, ao big can full grown size ferret can be!??? Compared to a cat, it's smaller or bigger!??

  • @jaadlu Toby is actually a small ferret. He's just bigger than our other small ferrets. Rolo is absolutely giant. We thought he was related to a badger at first. He weighs over 1.6kg and is over a foot long (not including the tail). Toby was under a foot long including his tail, his black nose made his face look very long.

I think they all came from the same type of ferret. For example, Coco had a ginger coloured father and mother, and Coco looks nothing like that. She also has red eyes.

  • Oh! thankes!! And sory for my English!!

Well there is a thingh that I wanted to now but, Its difficult for me to have thath information! How many varyaties ferrets are! It's just I see some ferrets whit a long snout and some ferrets whit a short snout, they belong to difernt varyaties, or not!??

  • @jaadlu Hmm, i know you can get quite slim ones that look like they have long snouts. Coco and Biggles are examples of that. But Buttons, he is larger and has a shorter face. Jelly has a shorter snout but that is just the way it is. The more litters and babies the mother ferret has had, the smaller the ferrets are when they grow up. First litters are always a lot larger.

  • I don´t nkow mutch yet!!!

I am triing to gather information, the is man in Lisbon that works in a pet shop and he had some ferrets, and he told me a bit about them!

I dind't want a female a wanted a male, at least for the begining, I did know about the smell, but I would still prefer a unnatured male!!!

Just one thing, I was loking in the descreption and....... Buttons and Rollo are polecats our ferrets!?? And Aren't ferrets bigger than polecats!??

  • @jaadlu Polecat/sable are a colouration description. Polecats in general are the wild variety of the animal. So ignore that in the description.

Not sure why you'd want a male that hasn't been neutered but ok.

Not to sound pompous or anything but i do know an awful lot about ferrets (i've had them since 1999/2000) so if you want to know anything, you can always ask me. I'm almost always around.

  • A pensorn told me that he new some peple that were breeders, and they sell litle ferrets 100 and something euros!

  • @jaadlu Yikes. That's a lot. Do you know much about ferrets? Such as, if you don't get the girls spayed, they can die if they're not mated. Also, that boys smell 10 times worse if they're not neutered?

We adopt ours from the RSPCA, it costs £35 and they're doctored for free.

  • Yeah!! I would love to have at least one, but being This hard to find them and the that my girlfriend will have a chichilla, .......

Well, thank you anyway, Your ferrets are really cool and very beautiful!!

    : )

  • @jaadlu Thank you very much. They are very well cared for, despite silly youtube commenters...Just a little question, do they cost a lot?

  • Well, it's complicated, In Portugal if they cath a Hunter using ferrets , they take the ferrets (but don't kill them) and the hunter has to pay. But ther are a lot of people that have ferrets and are even breeders, but to have to have one legal it's complicated because the ferret's have to have a license or something like that, all this because in law you con't have animal that belong to the natural fauna of our country, wich means that they have to be imported from other countrys!!!

  • @jaadlu Well, i can't personally say that they're not worth all that work (because i think they are). Um... just don't do anything stupid is all i can say. Also, an only ferret is a lonely ferret. They LOVE company.

  • Yes, I need ed to if there was a chance or not, but if you have ferrets and now well their behavior and you would not riskit, well I'm not going to riskit as well! I need to now so I could decide to have or not have a ferret! It is already very dificult to get one in my country, since they are illegal!!

  • @jaadlu Well the obvious and simple answer is: don't get a ferret! If they're illegal and you're found to have one, don't they kill them?! That's awful!

  • You see, I wonted to have a ferret and my girlfriend wanted a chinchila, and I now that ferrets are carnivurus and have a very developed assassin instinct, but I was hoping that if they grow up toguether that would not be a problem!

  • @jaadlu I really don't think they'd get along. Ferrets should technically eat them, they're like rabbits aren't they? Plus, chinchillas (ours) seem very moody towards anything that isn't a human, cat or dog...

Personally, i wouldn't risk having both near each other.

  • Ohhh, you have chinchilas!! That´s great because I wanted to aske you a question:

Thos your ferrets get along whit your chichilas!????? Or You have kepp them separeted!???

  • @jaadlu They have never met.

  • do you have any other animals besides your ferrets!??

  • @jaadlu Plenty. An aviary of finches and quails. More quails. A dog, a cat, 4 tarantulas, a scorpion, a parrot, 2 chinchillas, a pond of fish, frogs and other things, two indoor tropical fish tanks. We've cut down a lot. Used to have stick insects of many breeds, cockroaches, praying mantis..'s, more chinchillas, a catfish, another dog, cats and more. All died of old age.

  • ferrets are really cute i want one

  • I owned 3 ferrets. Ferris, Perris(bro and sis), and Socks. Now I have 2, because Ferris died about a month ago. :( Also, everyone just shut up about the holding thing. If you don't own a ferret, just don't say anything okay? He's holding them properly, although I hold mine slightly different; I use 2 hands.

  • what is the name of this song

  • TOBY is SOO FREAKING ADORABLE!!! Ive never seen one so white with black eyes and a black nose!!! GAH! SO CUTE!

  • there good lookin ferrets why not join ferretadventures.co m and upload there pics and share your knowledge

  • @triksy27 I'm sure they know enough. Thank you, they are very loved.

  • they need to cut biggles nails

  • @siberianlv They are cut very often, thank you. They grow at the most ridiculously fast rate EVER.

  • toby and buttons are the definate cutest!

  • i live in dc,no ferrets for me

  • @wazupwierdo why not?

  • @BlueBubbleGum16 because its ileeagal ,some were carry desiases

  • @wazupwierdo wat do u mean? i said they dont look very happy.. :/

  • Do you have to have more than one or is it okay just own one?

  • @alibaba6789998212 An only ferret is a lonely ferret, but if you play with it a lot having one on it's own should be alright.

  • @alibaba6789998212 actually my sister bought hers from a shelter. and they told her that some ferrets do better on their own then they do with other ferrets. but that is only some. so sometimes it just depends on the ferret

  • your first two ferrits you show look just like mine the first one u shouwed i have to and his name is smokey and the second on ename is ace

  • An excerpt from Carmina Beranna, good choice of music.

  • RIP Toby... I hope you looked in the dryer before you turned it on. I had a cat that jumped in that I did know about and I can't talk about it. I have many ferrets snce then and know about there habits. RIP Misty, Stimpy, Kona and Bandit. We still have Sadie TG. They all died of natural causes Thank God.

  • Hope coco's siblings didn't get drowned that's cowardly.Take to petstore or shelter....lucky you rescued coco.

  • song pleaaaase ?

  • wow that is a lot of ferrets : ) lucky! very cute. How do u hide their toilet odors?

  • @IampureSol It hardly smells, so we don't need to.

  • @Ic3R0gu3 I was just wondering about their toilet( litter box) cause I might get one tomorrow for my birthday : ). I will have to hide it from apartment management tho i don't know if they will be able to smell it. : ( they are stupid and allow cats, dogs if you pay 400$ per animal only 2 allowed...but they don't allow ferrets. I love ferrets & miss having one...my old one that i had in the past RIP : ( .

  • @IampureSol Hmm, well i think they would be able to smell it because it's a different smell. It's not terribly strong so it's not a problem really. Make sure you clean them out every single day! It'll help a lot.

  • yes i know finnaly a name for mine

  • @ToffePeerTv Excuse me?

  • my sausage dogs called biggles

  • my ferret name is bobby

  • i might get one this month!

  • so lucky ^^

  • yep! :)

  • My ferret has been hyper all day! and all night! and he wont stop! wat should i do

  • theres something wrong with my ferret..

i only got it today and it rarely uses its back legs :s

always has to drag itself everywhere with its front legs n i dont know what to do

  • Why on earth did you buy an ill ferret?

Get that checked out at a vet. Now.

  • it wasn't like that at the pet shop

    it was hyper

when i took it home, after a while it started walking funny

  • The same thing happened to my Kitty he could barley stand up! Make sure he has lots of water and leave him alone. My kitty is fine now. I suggest seeing a ved on tommorrow!

  • will do

    thankyou :)

  • my ferret was like that. but he was fat as fuck. big old lower bottom and he could use his back feet but i think his ass was to heavy lol. he eventually got over it and now he vertically climbs things better than my other ferret.

  • @Ic3R0gu3 i was wondering if it is normal for ur ferret to lose some fur on its tail during the spring and get a little skinier..?ive had this ferret for about 3 years..since she was 2 months old actually..and i dnt remember sein this..its not at the end of the tail but the very very beginning..almost on her back..nowhere else tho.and she eats normal and plays normal.poops normal.and her coat is much smaller then it was in the winter.

  • @sAsUsAkU6000 Oh gosh! Don't worry at all! It's completely normal for them to lose some of their fur at that time, they are moulting for the hot summer weather. It should grow back in no time at all.

But, if they loose much much more then get them checked for a vet. There are hundreds of reasons for ferrets to lose their fur, including age - and diseases, cancers and all the horrible stuff.

  • @Ic3R0gu3 thank u for replying...i was just getting worried cuss im not used to tht..she never did it b4 haha

  • yeah mate they usually do that especially on carpet and they are usually just stretching

  • this may seem rude but how long did your ferret live? because i'm planing on getting a ferret and i would like to know the life span of one.

  • We've owned Biggles for 5 years this May and he was a fully grown adult when we got him. He's around 7ish we think.

  • ok thank you

  • We just lost our beloved Reno, so I understand what you're going through. We're in the process of getting Bailey some new "buddies" though we could never replace Reno. She's just so depressed right now we HAVE to get her some buddies ASAP :( We lost him to an accident after being accident-free his whole life. I hope you all are doing OK. Your ferrets are beautiful :)

  • Thank you.

Loosing them is hard, but... at least you can say: they had a good life and i know it!

It's the only thing that keeps me sane.

  • @Zulehan

    Wow alli, this is Megan.

After you sent me that message, I decided to hit up Youtube to check out some ferrets, and you're the first comment on the first video I look at. Hehe.

I hope Bailey can readjust, and again, I'm so sorry about Reno. :[

  • You have some cuties :) Love the DEW

  • really it looks like coco is being abused

  • Where is this? That picture of my brother kissing her? If so, it was just a bad photo - hilarious.

  • lol a recently got a ferret, she is so sweet; looks alot like your one coco! she's called Piper :)

  • You said Toby has a sleeping disorder. its not a disorder its actually kind of common ferrets do that sometimes just search ferret on youtube the video its about four down "FERRETS: sleeping, not dead"

  • go buy one

  • Dont think your gonna get a ferret with the name BunnySlaya :P lol

  • hahaha

  • i want a ferret sooo bad

  • Ferrets OWN!!!
