Love the metoers but i dont think that they created psychobilly , to me was The Cramps one of the first bands that mix rockabilly and punk late 70´s, then meteors in the uk.

Meteors and Cramps agree in the same thing, it's a different sound... i think cramps had influences from rockabilly,punk, blues and surf music but it's not psychobilly like meteors

lol we got 1guy on here calling this "speed psychobilly" and you call it "power psychobilly"(which is kewl, just thought I point it out). I always thought of them as metallic psychobilly for the obvious reasons(along with other bands who have that metallic influence). Not that it's a bad thing(definitely not a bad thing).
