What does your first-person setup look like? I remember you saying you used an aiptek camera for recording, but you weren't using that as your main camera were you?
I've got a Hobbyzone Challenger and Firebird that I've been trying to fly. I crashed the former one into a cattle ranch after putting it into a spiral dive, partially because of the wind and partially because I couldn't see it.
@Tokenekie This time I got tired of the fritzing of the recorded video, so I just stuck the Aiptek A-HD+ on the plane and hooked it to the video transmitter. I stabilized the battery first, it had vibration issues.
It made the plane a bit heavy, but that probably helped in the wind. I'm going to remove some unnecessary plastic and get a DC/DC converter so that the transmitter and camera are powered from one battery.
@Barnekkid My control. I was going full power for most of the first part because the plane was heavy and it was windy, but I pulled back after I saw how it was flying.
When the battery gets low the speed controller just pulses the motor.

Are the changes in motor speed such as around 2:00 and 2:42 by your control or is the battery draining?
