FYI: they have the bethel 30 again. just came out now in oct 2011. these pills are wonderfullllll !! i lost 30 lbs when i was on it in like 6 months. (i just ate healthy and was more active than usual).

I tried it and it does work I lost twenty pounds. It will screw up your period it happened to me. I became pregant and had no clue now I have a 8mos old.

It do works. I lose 20lbs but I didn't follow the diet because there was a lot of stuff I didn't like. I did it my way with lots of water.

I have tried the bethel s30 last year and it is very good!!! I lost 22 pounds...the key is drinking water frequently. I didn't use the senna everyday. I followed the diet halfway.

Also, they do not make the s30 anymore. Now it is the bethel advance.
