Mostly good. But that knife disarm was sloppy. You want any move to study to work 100 percent. Defense against a weapon 200 percent. The knife disarm demonstrated will not work every time, the instructor had to probe and grope for a position that wouldn't slice his hand like a pack of hot dogs.
Reasonable force obviously doesnt apply here??
