yeah I think it's a similar outfit from the farewell tour. As for the red wigs, which songs are you referring to? I remember she wore the red wig for "Take Me Home" and "Believe" on her farewell tour. She is not wearing red wigs anymore for those songs. I think she did have a red wig for "Love Is A Battlefield, "All or Nothing" and "I Found Someone"... for Vegas, that is.
