@fatboij i hear prince is trying to start a movement with the other artists. he's taking away his music from any internet source. no itunes, napster, NADA!!! there are still torrents though for now. either that, or buy his cd or a bootleg.

@yuske05 i read that same exact thing. you would think that someone with as many tax problems as he is having, he would want as much exposure to his music as possible. kids live on the internet and they buy music.

did you also know that he didn't want his music played in the Guitar Hero video games and they offered his ass millions?

its like he's trying NOT to be successful anymore.

@fatboij I guess money doesn't mean anything to him. He wants people to recognize his music. I thought he paid his back taxes on his property. If he ever goes broke he probably would not care. It is his music that comes from his heart, is all it matters. This concept is what he wants us to understand about him. He really keeps of guessing. Manuela said being married to Prince was a roller coaster. It is part of his artistic nature. I'd love to be apart of that. I'm in auw of him.

so am i. i love his music and his whole aura. he's one of the greatest artists that this world has and ever will see. it is very strange though that if it is all about the music then he would want the exposure via internet (the life-force of the CURRENT music industry). right now he's just being plain selfish. i have friends that i want to expose to PRINCE but without him being accessible over the internet and me not bootlegging music, they'll remain PRINCE-ignorant. not fair

@fatboij Check out 'Prince Rogers Nelson childhood' on the internet youtube. He mentioned that an audit is being conducted for 'Purple Rain.' He never knew how much he made from the movie. He also talked about bootlegging and how that drained his bank account. If the record company's agreed to do BUSINESS with Prince than he should get his fair share. I think it's 90% music to Prince &10% money. He cannot let people use him, not to say you're suggesting this. LOL. Love Prince.

I can understand not letting people use him because we all know the horror stories of the music industry and unfortunately these events of abuse happen to our greats such as PRINCE.my only question is does he have to be so rigid about it? he's being so selfish about his gift. punish the INDUSTRY not the PUBLIC. he could make plenty of money without compromising his artistic integrity if he decided to open a VEVO channel like any other artist on youtube.

i have been trying to find this song and nobody has ever heard it before. i loved the song when prince first put it out. he was so innocent then. i am now very disappointed that i can't hear the sound. this is totally a waste.
