That was such a good video! I just started learning the acoustic guitar about a month ago and I was always so intimidated by strumming patterns and never really knew what to do! This video helped soooo much. THANK YOU
Another comment on this video, actually. The beginning of the video is very slowed down for beginners, using A,D, and E chords, and everything is very well explained.
Then in the second part he starts using all sorts of big chord names, which probably isn't much use to beginners, but I found it helpful.
I also noticed that he played "Good Riddance" by Green Day... ;)
Cool, You & Me by Lifehouse, I'm playing that song almost everyday.=) Great song, it's alot of fun playing and singing it. After having been a lead kinda player for years I've gone over to more rythm and singing. Thanks for the lesson!
you are a good teacher. however, please tune your guitar in these videos. it is hard to listen to when your guitar is out of tune and you set a bad example for beginners. Tune your guitar please. Thanks.
It is not tuned I like this guy and his lessons. He is actually a good teacher, in my opinion. I think and suggested that he make sure his guitar is/stays tuned during the lesson. Why the crybaby reply, roger. If you disagree, simply point it out and tell me why I am wrong. So many here, including myself, just may learn something from you. Then you would have contributed to this lesson and channel. The presenter is a good teacher. You can learn from him, roger.
maybe it's just me, but that G string is definitely flat. this guy is a good teacher, as i said. but, when that G is out, it's hard for me to listen to.
the roger guy shouldn't have flamed you, but to a beginner it probably doesn't sound wrong. You and I have more developed ears and notice this stuff. It doesn't really bother me that much, as it wasn't extremely out of tune, but I agree that it should be fixed to set a good example
This is an awesome video. I have been playing for two years and am still learning a lot each day. I will recommend this video to my wife and a friend, who both just started playing.
gd video i was jst wondering can someone tell me how do u work out the strumming for different songs? or is it jst the basic strumming in all songs and what changes is the cords?
God bless you ...Suscribed and liked and not just that will someday play better than you by watching at you :)
