I'm a criminal justice major and yes, this video is comical and yes the cop had the right to do what he did but in my opinion, who was that guy really hurting? If I was that officer, I would have used my own judgement to just leave the guy alone. He may have hurt himself somehow but he wasn't really a danger to others.
