oh, so you are for murdering 1 million innocent people on to stop weapons of mass destruction, no for democracy, oh no for terrorism, oh shit I forget what the reason is this week? Ha,ha Alan Greenspan just recently said that we are there for oil. To steal it and transfer its wealth to elite americans while the stupid poor ones pay with thier lives.
One wonders after the troops have fought so hard and are now bringing relative peace to Iraq why we would end all of it? Are these thinking people or anti war drones?
One must wonder why we are there. The soldiers are not bringing peace because according to the writings of Dick Cheney there are approximately 58 countries that america wants to attack for their resources and because US is losing its relative economic power so it has to attack countries because it can longer longer compete economically.
There are numerous surveys are polls taken from US companies showing that the country the most people in the world believes will fight for peace is China. Many of the same polls of people around the world show that people believe the US to be the biggest threat to peace. Watch David Harvey's Neoliberalism on U tube. If you don't have time to watch all 5 parts listen to part 5 only.
I certainly hope you are right and China wants peace with the world. I hope the US becomes friendly partners in business and other endevers with the Chinese.
Hello gerry,if you want to obtain a general idea about the concepts driving the war in Iraq and american policy since the 1970's listen to David Harvey Neoliberalism on U tube. I am an accountant, economist and criminologist who has been studying this for decades. Just listen to part 5 for a summary if you don't have the time for all parts.
No thanks, I also have been studying the world and how it works most of my life and am well aware of our policies and the ideas behind the war. As well as having a few of my own. I don't have a big problem with this war or how its been prosecuted. I am for the troops 100%.

Just look at how the British troops greatly reduced the violence in Basra, by LEAVING the city.
Imagine if they, and all the foreign troops could replicate that all over Iraq.
Support the troops. Bring em home. Support Watada.
