I was starting to get fustrated with my 5-bar progress. Then I reviewed this vid again after a long time and I don't feel fustrated anymore. The 5-bar pass completion percentage is pretty low for these two players (even Collignon) on this vid. Now I know that it's not just me - it's the Garlando WC. Very difficult table to execute 5-bar otions and catch them with high percentages. Must be because of the smaller feet (than say, Tornado)

Same problem with me, but I play on a Roberto table, is it really eaiser to catch pass on a Tornado table?

well if ur used 2 garlando its fine really, but if ur "home table" is smtin else than i can see how it would be more dificult

Actually my home table is the same table as in this vid. I've spoken to a pro master (Eric Dunn) about this and he agrees. I've also seen other top ranked players have far lower percentages of completed passes on this table than, say, Tornado, since I made this comment. The feet on Garlandos are quite small and the white nylon balls they supply are garbage, Mind you, the yellow 'magic' ball works much better with this table and pass percentage on both brush and stick pass is much higher.

I play Tornado tables myself but Fred is GOD on ANY table...amazing!

these tables have goal posts on them and its v useful, does stop filth goin in a lot. the ramps have been lowered aswell and the rods have been lifted up so pinnin on the table is slightly different and u dont lift the ball much when u hit it hard. also the posts have been lifted too so u never hit the crossbar. i didnt see any complaints at the worlds about it so its a pretty gd table

Just watched that again, to be honest tom wasent owned he was getting some good passes to his 3 from his 5 and only had slightly less 3 bar possetion that fred. Unfortunatly freds shooting was 100% :(
