WTF? o 3o lolz....i hate americans who direct this like asian shit...americans fail hard....anyway...yeah...even a 6 year old asian kid can woop those 2 guys ass. woot
@gayasstrampboy or whatever your name is. if you think its so bad, then why the fuck did you watch the vid in the first place? go and comment on videos that you actually like instead of just going around and knockin others vids.
very nice! Great choreography. all you needed to do was make a metal hula hoop with blades on it, or get a yoyo with a metal string (wouldn't work too good tho) and it would be perfect! heh heh
You know what's funny? A hoop weapon like you described actually did exist in China, also, yoyos used to be hunting weapons, although, did not work in the way we believe them to. Records imply that the yoyo was at least 3000 years old.
Actually, there's a different weapon than the chakram, it's a large hula hoop sized ring, and some models have spikes or blades on the rim. It's one of the more unique, unconventional Chinese weapons.
Greetings from a fellow SF filmmaker. Nice vid, man. Personally, I'm more of a fan of the hard-punching, sweaty messy fighting in movies as opposed to Martial Arts - but this was just incredible. I love the use of ordinary objects vs. a deadly weapon - and ultimately the deadliest weapon is the person wielding the objects. Great work, man. Great location, too.
i wanted to like it but it was too fake

That's pretty badass, though certain parts would probably look better if they were sped up slightly.

You guys did a pretty great job, though I would have liked to see an unnecessary kip up to dodge a yo-yo strike.

that's right, i forgot about the chakram when i originally wrote the comment, but were they really as big as a hula hoop?

That was some good directing, and the choreography wasn't bad either. I'm thoroughly impressed considering this isn't a professional job. :D

It is of course quite interesting that two characters met on a roof and both were quite versed in the ways of yo-yo combat.
This was great.

Oh freakin' sweet! That was awesome! My favorite part was when you looped the hula-hoop back around and hit him in the face.
Oh btw, the other guy has crazy intense eyes (your camera picks up a lot more, ha ha), but I'm sure he's heard that before. :)
