Sounds more like the fanfare of World division home video

@Thekinggamelon you mean Worldvision, and yes it was
Coincidentally, Viacom would later buy out Worldvision and its parent, Spelling Entertainment

That sounded like the UAV Video when the V appeared, and the 5 notes sounded like WorldVision's theme.

It was indeed the WorldVision theme.

Bingo. In fact this is just as crreepy as the regular V of Doom.
viacom should make this type of logo again and put it on viacom associated videos.

Heh, imagine seeing this on VHS releases of the 1987 Perry Mason movies or Matlock, and having the extended Silver V at the end... That would be something I could see "Viacom Home Video" doing.

Sounds like the music could be an alternative version of the 5-note V of DOOM jingle!!

Very good.

Didn't sound very "Viacom"-ish, but good fake logo otherwise...

The logo reverses colors from blue to black (the V logo changing from black to blue).

I take it that it's sort of like the Worldvision logo, only it's not a "W" of Doom (if there is such a phrase?) this time, rather a "V" of Doom

Logo fans called Worldvision's logo the "WHOOSH Globe."
Perhaps this particular logo should be called the "V" of "Vhoosh" (!)
Well how 'bout that... That ain't bad a'tall!
