Actually, based on the stripes and size, it looks more like a Yangchuanosaurus, found in Asia. The only thing that really looks different is the face and color.
lol, i got the ultimate book of Dinosaurs when i was like 6, its seen better days... the cover is completely gone, but none of the dinosaurs are :D, hooray!

Yea he is a little low. Raptor feet but they look pretty good. I don't think you can do the rex justice with the CC. =(
