Yes the Korean o2jam is still working, but the registration process will be complicated as it's all in Korean and you need a Korean ID to register. My suggestion is play on the Pump Haven private server. Google it. Or as 5gef suggested, go with o2mania. Google that too.

I believe the only official o2jam servers that are still up are the Korean and the Philippines ones.
