so when you make abish wet you want the beed ground and as a rule of thumb you want to add the meat first to simmer before you add tomatoes also, the garlic and ginger is often blended when added( usually towards the end ). oh and the eggs are supposed to be boiled separately and added not added into the mix
Great effort...People she is cooking Ethiopians food for her first time. I am from Ethiopia but haven't done much cooking so I am worst than her. Good Job "konjo"....that is beautiful in Ethiopian.
Is this a parody...seriously? The way too hot sizzling pan, the jabbing with the utensil, the 'i dont measure' sprinkling? Cumon it was kinda funny...with a couple annoying spots!
Tomatoes? Corn? Goat cheese? Granted, a starving Ethiopian may eat it, but its not even close...Look up "niter kibbeh" and "berbere..start over and enjoy!
I am Ethiopian, dont think u r cooking Ethiopian food honey.... you missing some ingredients and we never put goat cheese on sauces. But i like your effort keep on learning, i might put some receipes on youtube:D

I admire your effort but are you sure this is Ethiopian dish I have never heard beef with goat cheese and corn. I was wondring how is going to test. I am glad you like it.
its refreshing to see that your openminded to experimenting with different cultural foods...if you knew some ethiopeans, they would be happy to help you learn more about our foods. Some of the best tasing (and most popular) are the easiest to make...
I don't know what you cooked but it looks delicious ;) There's a saying in Amharic, "Ke fitfitu fitu" loosely translated The company is more important than the taste of the food.
Yeah, I was using the cam on my mac and I was trying to get both the food and my face and I sort of just got half of both. My videos will get better when I get assistance. I LOVE Ethiopian food. Indian food used to be my favorite, but now Ethiopia has my heart . . . er, my stomach.
boring...we're just watching ur face....
