What's not fair about what happened? Eddie Guerrero was a *former world champion* and one of the greatest wrestlers of all time. Jimmy Jacobs is great, but a non-contracted guy in a business that is, um, you know, predetermined. Giving him significant offense against Eddie, especially Eddie when he was doing that character in the video, would have been stupid and counterproductive.

its scripted, and according to the script Eddie Guerrero has to go out there and beat up a nobody to send a message to Rey Mysterio and the fans, if it wasn't scripted, Jacobs' chance of winning would be greater, all the indy companies allow nobodys to come out and let them show their skill, but wwe for some reason doesn't let that happen, thats whats not fair

story is, confirmed by Jacobs himself, was that Eddie had Jacobs go over because he didn't want to make the IWA MS and ROH tag champ, which was Jacobs at the time, look weak, so he had this finish while still looking strong of course, also Eddie apologized to Jacobs before the match although Jacobs didn't mind
