I am not posting this to denigrate your contribution of this video in any way, however, you may be interested in a little information about this great Highland fiddler. Farquhar died in 2000. He was not sure himself when he wrote the tune but he played it at a small gathering in Glenfinnan in the mid-90's and took everybody by surprise! It became known as 'Farquhar and Hettie's waltz'. Hettie is still very much alive!
@bochdan this is all true apart from the year of his death,2000 was the year he had his stroke and could no longer play the fiddle but lived on for a couple of years after that.And yes Hettie is still very much alive and kicking..
