actually on the last one it did, because if the reaver would have got it's shot off a little bit sooner then the archon would have recharged 1 less sheild. If it had 2 HP left then I would agree.

3 outta 5 times the reaver won from a ranged distance plus reavers where only good as base hoppers load em up in shuttles and drop them inside to assist while zeals and drags attack the front door while carriers and scouts make a mess in the sky

isn't the scarab bomb the reaver has an area of effect damage attack? i havent played starcraft in forever and honestly never used reavers too much maintennace, i would say archon is the best too cause you dont have to keep dishing out bombs, depends on situation though because the reaver is ranged.. 2 reavers vs 2 archons the reavers imo would win

at the 3-3-3 te reaver nearly had taken 2 shots on the archon already without the archon having attacked once, while if you look at the other attempts it was only 1 shot. Good job though Mole!

Still I think a reaver is a more useful ground unit. In this case its 1v1 but in real matches it is a support unit that kills unit from range.

Which would win? Well it depends entirely on how quickly the Archon can get to the Reaver.

In these battles the winner was decided by the time between the first scarab and the second. If the Archon is delayed even a moment it could spell its doom.

i tried this before and if both units are walking the reaver allways had time for three scarabs. But it is somewhat irrelevant since so many other factors play a part. Still nice to satisfy curiousities
