Im used to the US version. This ones cool too but theres some sort of melancholy element seeing the people in the Diner singing the lyrics with their depressed looks. The Us vid builds making you nervous and uncertain of the outcome which is the Car Bomb. Just my opinion thats all.

Apparently the reason why there even was a second version of this video was because the band didn't like the way this video turned out.

Frankly, I like both of them pretty well, though admittedly, I think the "American" version fits better with their general themes of human isolation and vulnerability.

to me radiohead peaked with ok computer and my favourite album the bends.this is a great song.saw radiohead five years back and came away disapointed only fake plastic trees got an airing and while im all for bands moving on its good to give the fans what they want to hear.since kid a their music leaves me cold,in rainbows had its moments but the early years were the best. come on there must be people who agree!
