For the people bitching about the crowd - this was filmed for a T.V show. It's not a fucking gig. The crowd were privileged to be there and were probably asked to NOT freak out and jump around everywhere, and to show restraint. It's not like they don't give her the respect she deserves either, watch the video for Dog Days from the same showing and you'll see them a lot more energetic and so on since it was the last song.

Jennifer has a great voice, but she has what I call "Christina Aguilera syndrome", where most of the time she'll conflate singing LOUDLY and obnoxiously with singing well. She shouts and hollers through a lot of performances, so I don't think she has good control of her voice, although she can certainly master it. Florence had the tendency to do that earlier in her career with some songs, but she's gained better control of her voice since then.
