Again, people, it's not that Ducati isn't a nice sounding bike. It's the harsh dry clutch sound that gets on my nerves. As good as a Duc sounds in real life, the dry clutch sounds even worse in real life. I don't care about the performance benefits. And this is why I can't say Ducatis are the best sounding twins. I give my vote to Honda's RC51.

@77rxpharmacy O.o? I <3 Dry clutches. No other bike has them really. When they are very loud and "rattle" a lot the clutch basket "slots" are worn down about an extra 1mm and rarely 2-3mm (should be replaced). So the more it wears the louder it is. You can also have a close cover with a thin insulating material to keep the noise down a bit. Even with the 848s wet clutch it sounds a bit like a muffled dry clutch.
