Can someone tell me how Jill knows that Barack and Joe will end the war in Iraq? What if (another) humanitarian catastrophe looks like it could happen US forces pull out? Will they still 'end' the war? If so, how?

Maybe they should pass-on their method for ending the war to the current president. If they know of some measure that will end the war, don't you agree that George W needs to hear it now?
