The only way is to lift the inner tag with your finger. If you don't see hologram stitching, then they are not real. Even Neiman Marcus has sold fake ones before. It' a lot harder to tell than you think. Every knock off has it's own level of quality.

Fake. I have 2 pairs of true religion jeans, a t-shirt, and a pair of shoes. None of them said made in USA. All of them had "World" on one side "Tour" on the other side. They also had a bunch of writing under the logo although none of them said the same thing. I'll give them credit though. The only way you'll know they're fake is if you put them next to real ones and scrutinized the tags (which you won't see if you have a belt on).
