This is a musical genius who is on the road in his 60's when most such people are on the couch collecting pensions. He wants to join with us to celebrate his music, which is what it is all about. He knows all singers lose their voices; but he courageously carries on. He knows people still celebrate it because he is still there helping us. How many people would Mozart attract in his 60's: none, because Mozart blew his life away at an age far younger than Brian.
Oh well, yeah, espceially on Surfin he does a good job at the Vocals, but well, the highs on Barbara ann, well, since his heavy alcoholism and drug use in the late 60 and 70s that voice is gone, sadly.
and i like his early bassplaying, but here it's rather a gimmick, since the guy behind him plays bass all the time, while he picks it up during those two songs when he feels like it, well, some, like mccartney, still play everything (5 instruments during one concert when i saw him).
@OropherThranduil comparing him to McCartney is fruitless. They are both legends, but paul didn't have mental and physical illness, drug and alcohol addiction, and a money grubbing psychiatrist sponging off of him.
That looks like Billy Hinche long time Beach Boys stage musician playing keyboards on this, who the other dude is I have no idea. Nor do I know where Darian and Scott are at during this clip
Would like to see more songs from this show!

Brian seems too old and tired, and also lost in the middle of the stage.
