  • gotta love it well done i no ned from bak in da day!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I really like this rendition [and I'm an old-timer]

  • LOVE Ned Sublette. Allus have, allus will. It's ALL great, in this freelance Ninja's opinion.

  • I'm a 67 year old Rock N' Roller and a bit of a purist about music, BUT this is FANTASTIC. A real GREAT contribution to YOUTUBE. WOW !!!!

  • @UncleMike43 Thanks for the kind words. I am a 64 year old Rock ' Roller who listens to a little bit of everything.

  • This is awesome!

  • This ranks along with a lot of other crap renditions of a great classic that has been fuc..d up.

  • @MrHarleyoldfart You knew from the title that it was a remake of a classic and you knew you were not going to like it. So why did you play the clip? Some people just look for excuses to bitch.

  • @bkcrump

Did you really expect that an old fart (MrHarleyoldfart) could have open ears or even humor?

Anyway, many thanx for posting Ned!

  • I have to say I prefer the Scatman Crothers version....

  • The quality of the video is pretty bad but it doesn't really matter, right?

  • The whole Cowboy Rumba album is killer. Marty Robbins goes to Havana.

  • Ohohoho I haven't heard that song in years and spent ages trying to find it online. Thank goodness for Youtube! Ha! Thanks for uploading it! I first learned of this song on WorldLink TV!

  • LUV it! Very unifying.

  • Ned Sublette is the man!

  • Might as well be ... merenguey for gringos!

  • what?

gringos aren't allowed to like or listen to meringue. Or are we just required to eat it on our lemon pie?

some would think you are racist.

  • Well, I guess I can't do anything about other people's thoughts of perceptions, just my own. My comment was intended as a "tongue-in-cheek" way of saying that, for my taste, this is a bit corny. Sounds great when Johnny Cash sings it as a country song; not when an Elvis impersonator does it as a meringue.

  • Looks Like a merenque class instead of a music video.

  • Boy got no rythm but great remix!!!

  • No rhythm?! Are you kidding me! This guy's like the dance master!

  • lol

  • fantastic feeling you really got the jive.

please visit my channel, I've collected some different versions of "Ghost riders in the sky"

  • fantastic

  • You're welcome, & thanks for the tip!

  • What a great classic with a latin spin, reestablishing it as a 21st century parallel classic. It came out in early 1999, and I always looked forward to hearing it on the radio. Thanks so much for tracking it down & posting!!!

  • Thanks for the kind words. It came from Link TV's World Music show.

  • I remember when this song came out here in NYC. La mega radio station interviewed Net about why he went to the dominican republic to record the song.
