This is going pretty far, like xvt29 said; it's a one-year-old's birthday party. If this were, say, The Ivy, or some other Hollywood "hot spot" - I'd actually say fine. But not so close to someone's private property at a child's birthday, that's not okay.

However I've seen worse paparazzi, the ones who will actually say mean things just to get a reaction (and thereby a dramatic picture), so it could still be worse.
