I dislike this dragon, because in order to give it a feminine appearance, they give it human feminine qualities (such as lips) and ruin everything. Also, tiny wings. Finally, hard vore would have been better. Realism is a significant turn on for me in vore.

When empty, the stomachs of animals including humans look a lot like that. After some kind of prey has been in the stomach for a while, glands in the stomach lining produce more acid. It follows that a fictional monster would do likewise. There would always be a shallow pool of acid at the very bottom, but it would not be visible at the camera angle the animators chose for that bit. (I was even able to ignore that she is a magical dragon!)

no they don't when empty the stomach shrinks and on the inside it has wrinkled like folds, that disapear when the stomach expands, the stomach is never naturally full of air, especially a large volume of air.

Not a large volume, but a little bit. It does shrink, but it never completely vacuum packs. In adult humans, it is larger than a fist even when empty, although a toddler's stomach is the size of his/her own fist when empty, and of an adult fist when full. In any case, Dragon's stomach is not completely empty with Farquaad in it. How much time passed from when she ate him to the dance party? By that time, it is likely starting to expand a bit with the acid in order to digest him.
