His songs are really genuine. He doesen't use words like "i wanna dance with you tonight" "you're sexy" etc. Sometimes is good to hear this music instead of all the crappy songs around here.
@icandobetter29 IKR? Personally I just hate meaningless songs that sing for half a minute and loop randomly for six. I don't really like raps either because I can't really understand what they are saying, but when christopher shaun raps on Alligator Sky, I quite like it. Perhaps it's just the vibe.

@SoeTroo what i mean by "this" was owl city. my comment was confusing lol. owl city was on the radio where i live (scranton PA) but the song that got popular was fireflies and i personally never liked fireflies as a track and i dont think it represents all of his music. basically i hate fireflies. this is, and always has been oen of my favorites by him. it was also the first i heard. was he on the radio in your area?

I'm really "versatile" for songs..I love screamo but I love songs like the ones from owl city too, and I totally love classic music :D..I consider myself in a great advantage because thanks to this I can enjoy many different kinds of musics..But please stead of saying that a music gender is crap couldn't you just say "this is not what I'm into"? just because someone likes one kind of music doesn't means he/she have to like ONLY that kind of music :D
