I am surprized they do not use screw compressors, I work in the refrigeration industry with screws that have 2000 H.P. they can move a lot of ammonia gas.
It's an AJAX. Looks like a DPC360. They are a 2 cycle, run no faster than 400 RPM and produce 360HP. It's based on an old steam engine. Not diesel. I maintain close to 150 of these things in NW New Mexico, and they are my favorite units to deal with. Rock solid and very simple.

It's not so old, it was installed just a couple years ago across the road from where my parents live in east Texas.
I don't know the compression. It is powerful, it shakes the ground and rattles windows when it's running, which is all the time.

i doubt theyre gonna put one of those in arlington thats and old compressor. im sure theyd put in a newer more quieter one.
