Well, the shots where the "camera" is flying around is done in first person with noclipping turned on. I'm sure if you have access to all of the cheats from the PC version in the 360 version, you could make a vid like this.

nah theres a glitch to get up there on 360 too. its funny cause the guard says: "how'd you get up here?" after he tells you hes too busy to talk

bring up the console (~) and type in TCL.  This will let you fly up there. Once up there, do TCL again to stop flying.

I had to cheat to get up there. Just type TCL in the console and fly up there. Talk to the guy while you're there because he says something funny!

Can't remember the stats off the top of my head, but I know I maxed out unarmed and my strength is stupid high (at the expense of agility, which is why I missed in the "accidentally punched a cow" video). No weapon, just my bare hands.

Brought up the console with ~ and typed "TCL" which turns no clipping mode on. Then, when I was up there I typed TCL again to turn no clipping off. Oh, be sure to talk to the dude up there for a good laugh! :P

Yeah, you can. Just do the TCL thing and walk through the huge vault door. Then type TCL again to turn off no clipping and have fun!
