@khun00195 , we don't own the cars, we own the track and the idea of this particular event was for people to bring their family car and have a fun, educating & exhilarating day with their families, out of the hustle of city. Our Rally-Cars are equipped with Yokohama Rally tyres.. But thank you for your advice anyways.. :)

@vypers only the stickiness was the problem but the else(incline, rocky surface) wud be a piece of cake for me

@uditvaish, yes the off-road / rocky terrain and the incline-declines are comparatively simple. Although, definetely needs a different art, to drive on that, people tend to get carried away and thats where the "piece of cake" Breaks your car's "Axles" :)

For all the guys watchin, my sincere advice-DON'T ever TAKE ur CAR to PERFORMANCE AUTO, NOIDA for mods.They're certified nut cases & first class frauds who have no idea of how a car is supposed to run.The alignment is done with the help of a thread & if u tell them that u lost control of ur car & missed death by a whisker they'll say it has nothing to do with the alignment & ur tyres r unevenly worn & the rims have chips on them that the car went out of control,

Actually, this was more of a "BootCamp" event for the Toyota Fortuner Owners from Mumbai & Pune. Introducing them to some basic "Off Roading" ability. These were their own cars which they use for daily life, so more of a fun and educating day out, rather than hard-core off-roading event. Thus, the normal tires.

@amberaul12 The second annual Toyota Fortuner 4x4 BootCamp was held just 15 or so days back (30th July, 2011).. As it is only for Fortuner Owners from Mumbai and Pune, invitations are only sent straight by Toyota to their customers.. This year Toyota Plans to expand to Bangaluru / Delhi and Chennai too..
