  • omg that sounded horrible did u do that all naturally?

that must have been worst pain in the world!

cant believe u were strong enough to do that!

  • @megamooer12 yes, all naturally :) it hurt pretty bad but i'd do it again! the recovery was amazing compared to the epidural recovery :) thank you

  • What does posterior mean? :P

  • @2778ma if mom is on her back, baby is supposed to come out facing downward, toward the ground. posterior means baby is facing up. it can mean a difficult labor because instead of the point of the head (the cone part that babies have when theyre born) coming first, its more of the top of the head which is harder to mold and squish to squeeze out.

  • I too had a posterior baby, hard work for sure, took two hours to push him through my pelvis and he had a mighty big head too not fun! Congrats to you, I feel sad he got whisked off though and you didn't get to have skin to skin straight away, was he ok?

  • @KamaRama84 it took two hours for me to push too, but because my body was pushing and i wasnt allowed. i had a lip of the cervix left! thank you... they thought he had a broken clavicle because something popped really loud when he came out. nope, it was my tailbone! ouchie. i didnt break it, but it was sore for a long time. i got to have skin to skin very soon after that and they dont do nursery stays there, so he's been with me ever since! :)

  • looked so intense

  • @jeca777 Did you throw up at around 1:08?

  • @margaret46550 nope. i was growling. my nurses told me to make low noises, so i took them literally and made them as low as i could get them ;D

  • I almost forgot. Congratulations you guys!

  • I remember 15 years ago when I had my first child. I was in labor for 8 hours. I'll never forget it. She woke me up out of my sleep at 5:15 that morning. When got to the hospital I stayed at a half center meter for hours so the dr sent me home. I was back up there in about 20 minutes later by ambulance pushing my daughter into the world. I almost had her at home. They thought I wouldn't make it to labor and delivery but I did. I didn't have stitches and complications. I said to myself I'll do i

  • You post a childbirth video and you're worried about the 'language' content? :3

    ANYWAY, congrats on the baby!

  • i remember when my daughter was she was my first bby i was in labor for 14hrs i was rushed to the hospital in the ambulance my water broke at hom i was 4 cm when i got to the hospital wasnt in much pain at all but i got the epi anyways it was a very good labor over all for me this jus reminded me of my birthing day congrats you did a wonderful job bringing life into the world

  • @jecca777

im glad da baby was born safely :)

  • Sounds like a demonic possesion. Shee a exorcist fast!

  • Did you get an IV during ChildBirth, and How long did it really take?

  • @aquastar66 no IV with this one. early labor started at 715 am but i didnt think i was in labor until 10pm when it started to hurt and be frequent. i was "active" aka 4cm at 1am, had him at 657 am. i probably would have had him sooner if he wasn't posterior.

  • wow it looked painful I'm due in September and your screams scared me I wasn't afraid until now lol this will be my first baby :)

  • @sexylicioussjade don't be scared! it wasn't bad. that's just how i handled that particular pain. they told me to moan/growl through them so i took it to an extreme! hahaha i'd do it again :)

  • @sexylicioussjade i'm due sept 4th with my first (its a boy) and i wasn't scared til i started watchin these videos lol now... welll I'm freaked out!!

  • @ladysmids dont be scared ;) its obviously not comfortable to have a baby, but if you didnt notice, i was fine once he was out! i'd do it again for sure ;)

  • Man jerricaitzation - if you don't have anything nice to say then say nothing.

  • I'm having flash backs right now! lol. both of my kids were 'sunny side up'. Back labor is no joke and I even took a Hypnobabies course and still ended up with an epidural.

  • Wow you are one brave Mama! Congratulations and don't listen to the ignorant souls that posted previously!

  • WHAT A HORRIBLE BIRTH !!!! You dont lay day .. it's called GRAVITY !!!

  • @weareexpecting1 it wasn't that bad. i had just laid down to be checked. i was sititng up on a birthing stool right before this! he just flew out. youre right though, that position was not fun!

  • ok kool

  • how long were u in labor?

  • @crimehellboy started early labor at 715am, but contractions were manageable and irregular - i didnt htink it was labor. it kicked in a little harder around 9pm after walking and a bath and got painful around 10pm. "active" labor (4cm) started around 1am. my body was pushing at 5am, but i wasn't all the way complete yet. he was born at 657am and i hardly pushed at all once he got past the lip of the cervix :)

  • they put this on youtube for everyone to see... wow. well at least the baby is healthy :)

  • bengok-bengok ae iki... kepriben tho..

  • tht was not a beautiful miracle

  • @jerricaization I apologize it wasn't up to your birthing video standards. I did my best to win your approval. I guess I failed :(

  • i had a posterior position birth with my little boy but didn't know he was posterior until his head was out! it was my second labour and i knew something was different as the pain was unbearable.. i kept telling my midwife that i was in so much pain and as my first labour was not so painful and she just kept saying it was pressure!! she couldn't apologise enough when they noticed he was posterior position baby.. x

  • @staceywassey i could tell he was posterior from where the kicks were and i tried everything to get him to turn! i was terrified of back labor and it was very different than i even expected it to be. i kept thinking i wanted a section. now i know i can do it if ever faced with it again!

  • I totally expected your belly to cave in after the baby came out! lol! Your vid was a first for me! Amazing

  • @ineedalaught it does a little ;) if you watch closely you can see my belly button go from an outtie to an innie!

  • omg idk wtf i just saw lol

  • My wife is having a baby in August and I hope she doesn't have this much pain.

  • @HuskyDog31 it was only so painful due to posterior position of the baby and being on my back. :) look up birthing positions for more comfort.

  • you poor thing! you did wonderful

  • congrats!

  • he was not going to be suctioned (you can see her almost put him on my belly, but changed her mind). his water had a lot of meconium, so i assume that is why she suctioned his mouth.

  • how is this beautiful???????????

  • AHHHHHH FUUUCKK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @karissahasnerve you are thinking you know of us, it is understandable but that will soon be changed.

  • Congratulations.

  • she didnt support the neck!!! did ya'll see that!!!!

    @ 1:42

  • she didnt support the baby's neck!!!!!!!!!! oh my goshhhhhh!!!!

  • i was asked to move to the bed due to a lip that had been there for almost 2 hours. i had been squatting on a bench and felt him move down, but they didn't know that. he started coming out as i was being checked. :) i would have much rather not been on the bed! he seemed to be distressing just a little as well.

  • Dammit woman squat next time! Why torture yourself?

  • Did it hurt ????lol just jk

  • This. Was. Gross!

Reason why I will never have kids.

God...this is gonna be in my mind for a while

  • i am having a baby in july - i am scared but cant wait at same time to meet her, its a werid feeling lol

  • Giving birth is agonizing enough as it is, to do it @ home w/o meds esp. when the baby was sunny side up is even more amazing. Congratulations to you!

  • I thought with posterior babies that it was better to give birth on your hands & knees, to allow gravity to take pressure from the baby off the spine

  • I'm sooo happy for you mama, you are AMAZING!! Posterior babies can be a challenge to push out particularly on your back. Brilliant......

  • congrats on your baby boy:D

  • So wonderful!! Congrats momma!! I too wandered over from LJ!

  • Beautiful! Again, thanks for sharing your birth on LJ. <3
