My mom was a "groupie" (too shy to be a castmember) in one of the original Florida casts. Lots of great stories there. Everytime I say the name Sal Piro she says, "Ugh, asshole,". Never knew a gay man could be an asshole but, I can def. see how he could be one. Anyway, one of her best friends played Magenta in the cast and has some cool pictures on her Myspace if you want me to send them.

SHOCK TREATMENT is not... I repeat... NOT... a sequel to ROCKY HORROR. It IS another saga of Brad & Janet. Richard O'Brien's RH sequel, ROCKY HORROR 2, REVENGE OF THE OLD QUEEN was shelved some time ago... sadly. You can find the script online easily enough. ROCKYMUSIC, for one, has it.

Yep, it is actually. The two main characters are Brad and Janet. It's not really good though. I wouldn't recommend wasting the time OR money. lol But, try it if you want. =]

I just don't like it. Rocky Horror shouldn't have had a sequel, it was great on it's own. A better question would be, Why do you like Shock Treatment?

I used to have a pretty big collection, but I slowly got rid of it... uh, lemme think - VHS, double DVD, Shock VHS, Shock CD, 15th Anniversary album (four cassettes), two comic books, three books, the Rocky Horror Special Mix bootleg, the Rocky Horror Remixes bootlegs (four discs), a Frank statuette, a Lips poster, uh... I can't remember. It's all gone now though. :-(

You're a "Rocky Horror" fan, too. Very cool! In my area, every once in awhile, they still have public screenings. It's been some time, though. I agree that "Shock Treatment" isn't very good, but some of the music is awesome!
