One thing me and my brother always discuss about what separates Heupel from other great OU QBs like White and Bradford is that even if OU was losing, we would never get nervous knowing that we had Heupel to direct the offense. The guy may not have been the most athletic, but he flat out knew how to win football games.

I graduated from OU and a diehard fan since I was 8 years old. If it weren't for the fans that didn't attend OU, we would not have a football team. Some of those fans know more about OU football than even I do. It truley is a very special program.
I am the biggest OU fan in the country in my opinion and I think back to the big 12 title game against k-state. OU was thumped 35-7 and in my opinion, they lost thier swagger after that game. That was the truning point in OU football, teams were not scared anymore. Since that game they lost the 3 BCS title games!!

@MrLuebeck If you signed up on youtube before a certain date, you got to keep the access to make videos longer than 10 minutes. I can't remember when exactly but about 2 years back they started to limit all videos to 10 minutes or less except for the users that already had accounts.

the coaches make the calls it's up to the players to deliver...i hate hearing peoples stupid excuses for loosing games and bad plays and not winning big games...it's not the coaches fault, they are not the ones on the field...just like this year...I have yet to see a call made by our coaching staff that was totally uncalled for. Our players are young...dealing with injuries...Im dam proud of them for the season they have had! Boomer Sooner!!!! Beat the orange shit out of those dirty aggies!!!!

Yeah our fukin offensive coaching is shit and has proven it in big game crises. Veni. also. But Stoops somehow keeps getting us to the big games. I love these years. Even though we haven't come out great at the end, it sure feels good seeing them in the spotlight every year. And watching the whole world talk crap on the sooners like it's ment to be. We need him.

Stoops is a great coach Wilson sucks and Venables has been with stoops since he arrived at OU. The only problem I have with the current coaching staff is the moron Wilson who cant call plays, also our conditioning coach is horrible

I was there at the BYU game, I've never seen us look that sloppy in the stoopid era. We've become the worst coached team in America, it's pretty fucking sad. I'd bet a million dollars right now that Josh Heupel and Cale Gundy could run our team better than those two dickwads that stoops sleeps with. We've become a joke, and it's not the players fault.

We're not the same team we were back then, the talent has gotten better, but the coaching has gotten way worse. There's gotta be a reason why we went all the way and carried ourselves with much more swagger even in defeats with 2-3* athletes, and now we have more 4-5*s than we know what to do with, and we can't win a single fucking bowl game. Now, tell me our coaching is what it should be. Talent-wise, we're better than we've ever been, but overall....we haven't been the same since Mike left.

I graduated from OU and a diehard fan since I was 8 years old. If it weren't for the fans that didn't attend OU, we would not have a football team. Some of those fans know more about OU football than even I do. It truley is a very special program.

I am the biggest OU fan in the country in my opinion and I think back to the big 12 title game against k-state. OU was thumped 35-7 and in my opinion, they lost thier swagger after that game. That was the truning point in OU football, teams were not scared anymore. Since that game they lost the 3 BCS title games!!

In my mind if your from the state you represent it, Oklahoma state and Tulsa also Represent the state, and I dont see how recruiting in Texas would change this, every Conference has a recruiting center The big 12s just happens to be Texas every team in the Big 12 recruits here(yes I live in TX).

Man, this was a great year. We need another championship so bad. I figure we have a good chance of being just as good this year as we were in 2000. There's just one small thing holding us back....coaching, plain and simple. Back then we had coaching, and now we don't. one last fact. when you speak of ou losing to colorado yes we did last year when colorado qb was hawkins, now when uga beat colorado 14-13 colorado had jackson at qb and ou defeated colorado that same season 24-3. so since uga and colorado were even at athens ou wouldve probably defeated uga by the same 24-3 score. now you speak of defeating ok st last year 35-14 ou defeated the same ok st team last year 49-17 so once again before you open your man pleaser you might want to research the facts.

heres another example of how weak the sec really is. les miles 28-21 in the big 12 36-6 in the sec. as posted hes the big boy in that cupcake league. now lets take a look at dennis francione. he takes over 6-6 texas am and went 32-29 in his 5 seasons (basically 6-6 average) but when francione took over 3-8 alabama he went 17-8 in his 2 seasons there. stats prove once again an average coach in the big 12 is a top coach in the sec because that conference is really that weak.

uga longest win streak 17 games lmfao as pointed out earlier ou has had 4 over 20 games including 2 over 30 and of course one of those was 47 games lol.uga won 17 straight from 1945-1947. uga has 27 total losing seasons compared to 12 for ou. 14 unbeaten seasons for ou compared to 4 for uga. ou 30 10 plus win seasons 1st all time uga 17 lol ou 18 11 game win seasons uga 8 lol of course ou leads all time in 11 win seasons by 5. ou has had more 11 win seasons than uga has 10 win seasons lol.

since 1933 georgia has played bama and tenn 2 conference teams only 65 times combined in those 75 years while ou has played nebraska and texas 2 top 7 all time programs 145 times the last 75 years so there goes the 1 game a season arguement. its uga again that lacks the balls to play anyone even teams in their own conference but when looking at auburn the 5th sec tradition i see they have a winning record uga so it would only make sense uga would run from bama (39), tenn (26) and even lsu (25).
