@Jabarichonicles i think it could have something to do with the fact that african rhythms and music is mostly oriented on steady beat, not always but most of the time. but european style music uses a conductor which still requires a beat, but the beat is mostly based off of what the conductor is doing. so it may have something to do with the fact that the style of african music has made people with african decent to be better at more modern downbeat oriented types of music that europeans.
