  • @mariaperiwinkle

    Hi

THanx for coming back to share...enjoy!

  • Sorry I did not find your dish nice - looks bland to me- the potatoes look overcooked and crushed - spoils the look of the dish as well

  • @arkanasays

    Hi

I understand what you trying to say...this sabji is specially used as a dosa filling and if you want to make to serve with roti or rice, watch my other videos of aaloo curry/sabjis...Enjoy!

  • Dear Bhavana, what is the brand name of the chopper that is used to chop cauliflower

  • @malukuttyy

    HI

I will have to look it up. I don't think it is brand name though...but will let you know. Enjoy!

  • hi do you use oil? if so what kind? or is it just ghee-

  • @rottweiler124

    Hi

For this recipe, I used Canola oil which I use for my daily Indian cooking. For western recipes, I use Olive oil and ghee I sometimes use in some of the recipes only if original recipe ask for it. Enjoy!

  • hey pretty lady

do you have any videos with either okra/beans/egg plant and potato. I had a beautful curry the other day from a curry shop. But as a poor student I would like to try cooking them myself as I can seldom afford to buy them :) could you point me in the right directionplease. thank you

  • @Mschristy003

    Hi

Not sure why your comment did not show up on my inbox so giving reply very very late. Now there are lot of recipes posted on this channel. Vegetables such as okra, eggplant and potato and also beans. Let me know if you need more help. Keep enjoying.

  • Hello.. I'm new to your channel and Indian cooking. What is the main difference between this and aloo gobi? Also why do you add sugar? Any help appreciated, Bhavna, and thank you! :)

  • Hi

Aaloo means potato and gobi means cauliflower. sugar is optional but we gujarati tend to add salt to most dishes...feel free to ask agian if I haven't answer your question..

  • i cld hv never thought of chopping cauliflowers like this-so creative. looks mouth watering-u made me hungry!
