The court case of the state of New Jersey v. TLO took place in 1985, FIVE years after the actual situation had happened back in 1980. It was TLO(I know her full name, but I'm not going to give it out due to confidential rights and privacy) and another girl(whose name is unknown to the public, who, of course was asked to have their purse checked, and TLO denied of smoking, that is, until the evidence was seen in her purse. When she later had to go to NJ Supreme Court, she became affirmed.

New Jersey's court system is a KANGAROO court system. New Jersey's judges are KANGAROO judges.

There is NO justice in New Jersey, New York and many other states. It is KANGAROO justice.

The New Jersey Distric Attorney, Mr. Christopher J. Christie, is corrupt & should be either forced to resign or booted out by the people. The fact that the people have not done it only goes to show that they simply do not care.
