Drugs: Carisoprodol, AKA Soma (muscle relaxant), and Vicodin (painkiller)

The Diff'rent Strokes actress, 34, died in Oklahoma from what was deemed an accidental overdose of two prescription drugs, a muscle relaxant and a painkiller. She had a long track record of abusing prescription drugs, as witnessed by her 1992 arrest for forging a Valium prescription.

If she was Michael Jackson the Dr who prescribed the Pills would be on trial !! Its always "US" and them !!

Diff'rent Strokes was my favourite comedy when I was a child growing up in the early 1980s and I loved all of the cast. Dana was an innocent growing up in the world of Fame and that is what killed her. The drugs was always a part of Fame and when she started to dabble, it was not long before she was hooked. It is a tragedy that both her and her are dead. Rest in peace to both of you.
