That's not a valid excuse because the 9/11 report was 'completed' prior to the "years" you speak of. So even if his story "changed" afterwards (which I don't believe it did), then he should still have been included in the 9/11 report. I think he was omitted because his testimony (and other peoples' testimony) proved their were bombs in the buildings that stated exploding prior to the first plane hitting; a plane that could certainly not have pulverized a building.

When you take that in to consideration, the word 'rumble' and 'boom' don't really signify his story changing "greatly" (as you say). That's not a valid excuse because the 9/11 report was 'completed' prior to the "years" you speak of. So even if his story "changed" afterwards (which I don't believe it did), then he should still have been included in the 9/11 report. I think he was omitted because his testimony (and other peoples' testimony) proved their were bombs in the buildings that stated exploding prior to the first plane hitting; a plane that could certainly not have pulverized a building.

When you take that in to consideration, the word 'rumble' and 'boom' don't really signify his story changing "greatly" (as you say). The crux of it remains that there were bombs in the lobby that were going off before the first plane hit. Watch the third from the top video in my list of favorited videos and see two women (unrelated to Rodriguez) attest to the same exact thing.
