If God is logical, then God is always limited.There are always limits in Mathematics. *Points at Cantor's diagonal argument*, secondly *Points at Church-Turing Theorem*. These limits are infinitely many. You really should say define axiom, not truth. How do you know 1+1=2.Because, the symbol 1 is quantified with the element {1},keep in mind 1+1=2 only holds in natural numbers. If I were to say the symbol 1 is now the quantity 3, then 1+1=2 which is contradictory.God has nothing to do with Logic.

some christians will say that god created the laws of logic but then they say god is subject to the laws of logic. god could not be both god and not god at the same time in the same sense.

if you look at theists claim's of the existence of a god, they are as logical as a square triangle

@robertwc82 some people claiming to be. If they follow Christ THEN they are Christians. Regardless yeah that's a non-sense claim. Telling a truth or a lie isn't a created thing. It's a definition. One by foundational logic deceives the listening and the other informs! God declares that in darkness we stumble and fall and go to destruction. This isn't some arbitrary thing where he made it to be that way. This is just reality. Not God's particular BRAND of reality...just REALITY! :-)

@sounddoctorin yes but the claim IS that God is not bound by reality. that god made realitythe way it is and if he wanted he could change it.

for example christians believe 1+1+1=1 but also 3 at the same time in the same sense.

either god is subject to reality or reality is subject to god but christians try to have it both ways

@robertwc82 what do I care what people *claim*? The bible never claims that God isn't bound by reality. It never says God just makes up what is truth. It says he's not a liar. The bible also never says that God is three persons. It says he's not a man, but rather is spirit. ie. an essence that we can't really describe in our fleshly languages. I'm a Christian. I follow the bible. They don't. People aren't Christian If people make up stuff that isn't in the bible.

i have yet to meet a true christian, our modern day laws would not tolerate such primitive barbarianism

@robertwc82 Right. Nowhere does the bible claim that God can do fictional things. There is a field of doable things. There is a field of fictional things. EG> seeing the future is a fictional thing because the future doesn't exist. It's not a 'thing' at all. There's nothing there to test etc. We have the CURRENT state of people's hearts AND the fact that statistically there will always be ample selfish people to do the predictable thing. FROM THIS 100% of the prophecies unfold.

Find one scripture in the bible that supports the claim that God can do limitless imaginary things. LOL. Seriously Ezekiel 33 clearly says that God forcasts one thing...then people change their direction and do the opposite of what they were doing...then God CHANGES HIS PLAN for them.

I SELDOM can find a person in any discussion who has even READ it cover to cover. CERTAINLY none who like me have taken time to slowly read while evaluating each statement in context of all they've read. SO.^moot statement.
