Speech was made in 2003. So as far as the death toll figures go it is now well out of date. It is nevertheless an awesome anti-war speech.
When was this speech made? The figures he quotes for the death toll make it sound quite out of date.

by the ammount of hair he has there it looks about 15 years ago but he mentions Blair and Bush so I suppose it cant be that long ago
