  • I just noticed that Tim Shcafers recent game: Brutal Legend has slight art resemblances, possible references to this one...

  • damn if telltale dosent bring this classic lacasarts franchise back with tim shcafer on board i will be pretty pissed, the same ammount of pissedness when found out lucas arts cancelled all games tied to point and click and they went on to rape the fuck out of the star wars franchise

  • Its not one of the best games ever. It is the best game ever. I love the piano and guitar music right at the begining that reminds me of a long desert road. Legendary theme music. Makes me chill every time I hear it. They were going to make a sequal called payback. But one guuy didn't agree with the ideas, and that turned yhe poroject to shit. Then "Ben" Died in 2002 which was also tragic. They should make a sequal with the same crappy graphics and 3rd mperson camera. It'd be amazing!

  • best adventure game ever completed it soooo many times it was just that good

  • I remember that after the bridge part, he collapased, well, at least now I know this is the version I played as a kid, in which I didn't understand a thing, because I didn't know english.

  • Woohoo, Corley wir kommen!

  • "When i'm on the road i'm indestructible, Noone can stop me. But they try"

*Punches some guy in the face repeatedly*

    Rofl

  • This game definetly needs a remake on the actual games graphics,it dont need to be in the same gameplay as the old one,it can be sandbox to freeroam whenever you want, but still have to solve problems with your mind, like a GTA adventure puzzle game that kick living crap out of people.

  • Just downloaded it!!! Can't believe I'm playing it again after sooooo much time passed since I first did! It still rock most of today's games! It has soul and it's .... well... simply - Epic

Excellent game, brings back so many cool memories!!! \m/

  • amazing game, they were always ahead of the game in the innovative and creative limits

  • AMAZING!!! BEATS 90% OF STUFF THATS OUT NOW!

  • this game is all kinds of awesome!

  • The Cavefish conversation was cut, right?

  • @rinoz47 Yes, it was. I go over it in my videos, actually.

  • "Some joker took my keys..." I've been saying that for years because of this game, haha!

  • too bad this game was cancelled-i cant play old lucasarts on my comp-i got the scumm engine thing but no games work on it!

  • THE DAYS WHEN I ADORED LUCASARTS!!!

  • i cant belive this!! i plaid this game ith my friend. haha i remember. this game rules!

  • I love the intro song: Legacy - The Gone Jackals.

It's a shame those guys had not the success they deserved, outside of America.

  • best game ever!

  • Check out the fansite. Google polecatshideout

  • thanks....

  • An amazing game, I remember it well. You guys should check "Brütal Legend", it's by the same guy who designed this (even though it's an action game).

  • when pc were shit nothing would play on my pc. then i saw this game it was my last attempt of trying a game on pc and was i glad i picked up this game. had no idea they wanted to do a sequel, too bad they canceled it.

  • Ahhh.. This was a killer game. I remember that mine field part. Poor duracell bunny. :P Sad it was such a short game and never had a sequel.

  • Actually it did have a sequel, it's for PS2.

  • What would that be?

  • Full Throttle: Hell on Wheels.

  • No, that was cancelled too.

  • Oh, I didn't know that. That's a shame.

  • @YoungTeufelhunden

its not really, since they had a different crew making the sequel and it was going to be totally differnet style of game. there are trailers for it on you tube, look em up. It would have been a terrible sequel to a fantastic game

  • I used to play this a long time ago and I was never able to get past the part where you had to be one of the yellow bike guys to get their goggles to see the cave. Used to spend hours going round and round that road never beating the damn yellow guys. Just thinking about it drives me mad. Wanna play it again though an finish it.

  • love this game:)

bit short but it more than makes up for it with its awsomenuss!

currently doing an LP of this just to play through it again, shame it's so short:(

  • does it work on XP or just on older versions?

  • if you get version 2.0 it works on everything, or if you just get DOSbox you can run it on any OS.

  • tnx I will try

  • Look up ScummVM, it's a program to make these old games work on Vista and XP.

  • Loved this game, but it's too damn short. The ideal length of an adventure game is Grim Fandango length. Tim Schafer rocks!

  • One of the best adventure games of all time

  • No. THE best graphic adventure of all time. Damn, how I miss the days when these games ruled the Earth.

  • Monkey Island and Full Throttle both rank a 11/10 on the "Adventure game WIN-o-meter".

Of course, Full Throttle also gets a 11/1 on the "Badass-o-meter". Shame it's so short, though.

  • 4:29

Look on the bad guy's forehead. Does it look familiar? lol

That's why I love Lucas Arts adventures.

  • That mark is used in starwars the clone wars, cool i haven't noticed it untill you pointed it out

  • man thanks for this vid!!

this game remember my old times!

  • the game remembers your old time?

  • soory for my poor english!

I played this game, when i was child!

  • The memories!!

    Man I loved this game!

  • Man I loved this game. You're right. It's old enough by now, it should be free

  • why does the trucker with his fertilizer have a STARWARS imperial logo tattoo on his right upper arm? small hint to lucas arts ? quite funny

  • Awesome video man! This was the FIRST CD-ROM game I got when I FINALLY got my hands on a 2X CD-ROM drive for my 486! Loved this game soooo much!

  • Величайшая игра!!

  • I've played this countless times, which is too bad, because now I know all of the puzzles n' stuff. But where did the narration in the last few seconds come from? It's unfamiliar to me

  • "It took place in a semi-apocalyptic dark future"

    No it didn't.

  • Me and my brothers played this all the time, probably one the best Point and click adventure games ever.

  • Definitely. LucasArts needs to pull the plug on it and make it Freeware already. Greedy bastards.

  • Yeeeeeeess they do, ever since my mum binned Monkey Island Two.

  • I've never understood why people THROW games...

  • @SilentSe7en Or opensource, which would be even better.

  • $hit, this is like one of the best games ever.

  • what was this video from, it cant be the game because i don't remember some of the dialog. cheers in advance for the reply :)

  • Well, this is the playable demo version :)

  • great vid

  • Some joker took your keys?

  • one of my favorite Graphical Adventure on DOS
