  • Claiming that this game is underated was an understatement

  • Bought it some days ago, it's an amazing game with a lot of potential, but the lack of levels (there are only 4) holds it back. Other than that it's gameplay is just as good as games like ikaruga. In fact it reminds me alot of games like ikaruga and that game called Mushihime sama something... I actually bought this game for 7 dollars at gamestop (used) and the disc didn't have a single scratch.

  • @peterthekingofpie Glad you are enjoying the game! There are actually 5 levels in Homura! In order to access the 5th level (the true last boss) you have to clear the first 4 levels on 1 credit!! Keep practicing and good luck!

  • Thanks bensons999

  • Man this game is compatible with HD LOADER 0.8b please I would like to know.

  • Dunno mate - this is a legit copy.

  • @causeis3002

    Yes.

  • @causeis3002

    yes it is

  • was this ever reseased in europe or the us?

  • I believe it was released in PAL territories (although fairly hard to come across from what I have heard) but not in the states.

  • ow lucky my, if i se it i wont hesitate to get it

  • hi dude can u tell me where can i download it??

  • it's a Korean game

  • I have a problem when I play this game, of some reason when I play it I hear some strange sound comming from the PS2. Do you have / had this problem?

  • Yeah I have that same problem mate - IIRC the game is on a blue disc which is a cd-rom instead of a dvd disc. A lot of PS2 consoles have a difficult/noisy time reading blue discs - I have had no major problems though :)

  • I just did a quick google search for you - try standing the PS2 console on its side.

  • @matteste i have that problem too!

  • This seems to be made by the same people who made Vasara since the gameplay is the same seem revamped.

  • It's actually by the Psyvariar guys, but the slashing definitely give it a Vasara mood.

The instant-death combos reminds me of Shinobi (PS2) as well, incidentally.

  • It does feel a bit 'Psyvariary'.

  • it certainly doesnt play psyvariar style at all though or look like psy or sound like psy >_>

  • good play, great game

  • Thanks mate :)

  • This game had a PAL release, but it is very hard to find, only on ebay.

  • So hard to find, that I bought it in the supermarket down the street :D

  • @DeSangre I managed to find my copy in the "used" shelf in my closest game store. But where the heck the original owner found it is a more puzzling question.

  • rapidshare(dot)com/files/147810727/Homura.rar

  • check the link ;P

  • It's not Japan only, i just got it and i live in Sweden :)

  • True, true... released in PAL territories as well :P

  • I'm guessing this game didn't make it to the US huh?

  • Japan only mate.

  • hey do u know how to unlock the last boss and fight him? the guy in gallery last page

  • Get through stages 1-4 on the same credit to fight the true last boss.

  • no i mean any cheats to unlock all pictures in the gallery?

  • Not that I know of. The further you get in the game on 1 credit the more pictures you unlock.

  • hi is there any cheats to this game?

  • Nope... all shooters are based on skill...

  • So when does it get good?

  • Stage 4 is very intense...

  • Ouch... That's a bit of a wait.

  • Does it have TATE mode?

  • There are a few screen layout options, TATE is one of them :)

  • Cool thanks mate! IM loving do don pachi on ps2, its amazing.

  • YUCK! Green blood!

  • I'm a sucker for strings.

Thanks for showin' that. I'm open for your work on other stages.
