el pisco sour es peruano y data de la epoca de colonia, asi como el pisco..en chile hay un "dizque pisco sour", pero no es como el peruano...el peruano usa limon, jarabe de goma y amargo de angostura lo que lo hace delicioso..ademas en Peru tenemos el "Dia del Pisco Sour" y es la bebida bandera de Peru y que turista ke viene no lo puede dejar de tomar. ademas fue nombrado Patrimonio Cultural de la Nación y es el cóctel de honor en todo evento diplomatico en y fuera de Peru...
